Carmarthenshire County Council are inviting tenders for a consultant to prepare a Landscape Character Assessment (LCA) for Carmarthenshire. as evidence to inform the review of the emerging Revised Local Development Plan 2018 – 2033 (LDP) and the implementation of its landscape policies and will form and act as Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG).
