Description
NHS Devon is looking for registrations of interest for attendance to a market engagement event for All Ages Complex Care on Wednesday 9th November 2022 between 11.30am and 12.30pm via MS Teams.
The engagement exercise by NHS Devon will inform the development of the ICBs approach to improving the delivery of services of Complex Personal and Nursing care for Adults, Children and Young People
The purpose of the service is to support and enable Adults, Children and Young People with complex physical needs to remain in their own home, and return home following an admission in hospital, living as safely and independently as possible.
