Construction of 2 external fire escape staircases to main building. Works comprise shell works only to include excavation for foundations, drainage works, laying a foundation, laying a concrete ground floor, building walls to create the stairwell envelopes, roofing in a felt flat roof. Installation of entrance screens and windows, Internal finishes comprising ceiling works, plastered walls and vinyl floors.
