We lead on regulating and developing the social care workforce, service improvement and supporting the use of data and research to improve care. Our strategic priorities1 include:-supporting people who work in social care in Wales to use research, data and evidence to develop practice, service design and policy-making-supporting social care services to embed and deliver strengths-based approaches to care and supportMore information on the work of the organisation over the next 5 years can be found on our website: https://socialcare.wales/about-us/our-outcomesOur work on developing our 5 year plan is based on the Theory of change (logic model); Contribution Analysis; Organisational effectiveness reviews and deep-dive evaluations on specific issues.
