Description
The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD/’ the Employer’) wishes to Tender for lift contractors to carry out all or any maintenance, repairs or renewals which may be or become necessary and provide an emergency service; based on a 3-year comprehensive contract as more fully described in Section 5 of this document. whereby the Contractor undertakes, for a specified all-inclusive consideration, to carry out all or any maintenance, repairs or renewals which may be or become necessary and provide an emergency 24-hour service;All options shall include the option for two further 12-month extensions based on contract performance over the initial 3-year period.This contract will be accessible by the University of Wales Trinity Saint David Group (UWTSD, University of Wales, Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Ceredigion).NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=130081.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
