Description
We are seeking tenders for the provision of Architectural services for an exemplar project, funded by the Welsh Government as part of its Sustainable Communities for Learning (SCfL) programme. Both the buildings and the process of construction will be exemplars in sustainability and innovative design. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:Gwynedd has a strong programme of achieving Community Benefits through its schools construction projects. This includes training and work experience in all areas of the project which we expect to be offered by all the main consultants on the project, in addition to the main contractor and sub-contractors.
