Description
The project involves the design and construction of a new primary school and integrated community centre in Bontnewydd, Gwynedd. Both the buildings and the process of construction will be exemplars in sustainability and innovative design. We are seeking tenders for the provision of the services of Lead Consultant and Contract Administrator for this project.The project will also require the design and construction of temporary school and community facilities to maintain all services on site during the construction process.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
