Local Housing Market Assessment (LHMA)

Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council are required to prepare a new local housing market assessment for the authority area which will be used to underpin key local documents such as the Council’s Replacement Local Development Plan, Local Housing Strategy, and other corporate documents.The updated assessment will be required to satisfy Welsh Government’s Local Housing Market Assessment guidance published in March 2022: https://gov.wales/local-housing-market-assessment-lhma-guidance-local-authoritiesNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
