Assume a lead role in establishing an effective evaluation framework of the Snakes and Ladders initiative and analysis of the impact throughout the delivery phase of the programme.Evidencing the impact of the service introduced in response to the needs identified and the impact this initiative has on emotional wellbeing and resilience of young people to inform future service developments locally, regionally and nationally.
