We are looking to elevate global awareness and reputation of the Wilberforce Institute amongst the following audiences: ⢠Practitioners who are active in the areas of Human Rights and Modern Slavery, including lawyers, policy makers, politicians, police and local authorities - with a view to attracting a very high profile patron and influential Advisory Board. ⢠Funding bodies such as Research England, the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC), the Welcome Trust etc. ⢠Potential research partners such as other universities/bodies ⢠Academics who may want to work with or for us ⢠Potential PhD students - actively make a difference to lives and communitites ⢠Businesses who need or wish to meet the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act ⢠Schools and colleges, helping us to shape and influence young people
