MHPA wish to appoint a Project Management consultancy firm to develop the procurement, technical specification and implementation of the above project with a view to delivering an “Integrated Port Planning tool”.Scope of Work• Inclusion of MoSCoW analysis• Development of required outline functionality• Participation in stakeholder workshops• Internal integration meetings• Development of tender documentation in full accordance with Utilities Contract Regulations 2016• Support bid submission evaluation / review• Provide project management services (To include contract management, cost control services, procurement)• Support MHPA through development, build, integration and handover of new system into full operation.Project Objectives• Increase operational efficiency & reduce unnecessary delays”.• Provide better insight in availability of resources and expected delays.• Provide an effective system that is transparent, fair and meets the needs of all stakeholders.• Have flexibility to adapt to real time changes in the schedule.• Increase visibility for all parties involved in servicing vessel movements.OutcomeA fully integrated system that takes Realtime data / latest shipping information from the various terminal operating system to provide the most up to date information.
