Description
The council has recognised that need for support in contract management in respect of the contract awards to suppliers for the identified back log of reactive repairs. Together with project support. The candidate has proven ability due to two periods of work with the council when he is providing specialist contract work during Project Place. Hays are a recognised agency and have been used by the council when sourcing temporary members of staff, in the absence of an agency contract framework. The candidate was original chosen through a competitive interview.
