Description
Sirona care & health are conducting a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in order to gain a better understanding of the appetite in the market to deliver an electronic room and desk booking system to enable hybrid working.
Our Hybrid Vision: Work is embedded within our communities, with the right people across multiple locations, with the appropriate tools and techniques in place for a blended and flexible approach.
To assist Sirona's care & health transition to a hybrid workplace, an Electronic Booking System (EBS) is needed to allow individuals or teams to book desk/meeting room space. The first phase of the hybrid project will be rolled out the following 5 sites: Castlewood, Kingswood Civic Centre, South Plaza, Warmley and Southmead House, and subsequent phases will incorporate the remainder of the Sirona care & health sites.
This process is being managed by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of Sirona care & health.
This Prior Information Notice is intended as an awareness communication. An expression of interest is not an indication of a commitment to participate in the process nor does it infer any preferential or special status on those individuals and organisations who express an interest.
It should be noted that this PIN invites individuals and organisations to express an interest in the PIN exercise only, and is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process.
With this in mind, we are undertaking a market engagement exercise to help shape the final specification and to better understand potential interest in delivering this service, prior to formally offering the opportunity to the market.
We will be offering an opportunity for interested parties, individually or collectively, to meet with us as part of our market engagement process. At this meeting, we will describe in greater detail the scope and provisional structure of the service and offer an opportunity to ask questions; discuss the feasibility of the high-level delivery model; understand what organisations can provide themselves and what they will need support with; and gather information to support us to develop the final service specification. We will be in touch to ask you if you would like to participate in such a session once we have received your expression of interest.
If you wish to express an interest (either in bidding for any future opportunity or in attending an engagement meeting), please do so by email to Stevie Crawford, Senior Procurement Manager at [email protected] (and cc'ing [email protected]) by no later than 5pm on the 2nd November 2022.
Additional information: This notice is an information gathering exercise rather than a call for competition in its own right, and therefore publication or response does not commit Sirona care & health or NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Unit or respondents to a future procurement, nor provide any process exemptions or preferential treatment to any parties expressing an interest.
Sirona care & health or NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Unit or respondents will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise. Interested parties should note that a response to this notice does not guarantee an automatic invitation to any subsequent formal procurement, which the commissioners will consider in due course.
Interested providers will need to be registered on our e-tendering system, Atamis, available on the following link: https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome
