Description
West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority ("the Authority") is conducting this procurement using a voluntary process akin to an 'Open Tender process' in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for the purpose of procuring 'works' described in the Specification/s set out at Appendix Two (2)
This tender covers the requirementâ¯to award a Framework Agreementâ¯for Planned works for a period of four years.â¯â¯Works are detailed within the Lots as specified at Section 1.6 and could include: General & Civil Building works, Re-decorations and Refurbishment of Offices, Ablutions, Relocations or Constructionâ¯works, Electrical Installation works, Appliance Bay Installation works, Fire Alarm & Security Works under £250,000.â¯
