There has never been such an exciting time to work for the Housing Team within Sandwell Council. With the changes in legislation coming in and an ambitious Housing Strategy to deliver we have a wide range of large-scale regeneration and improvement projects that will improve the quality of homes we provide to our residents. As well as a number of major projects to improve and modernise our residential high-rise blocks around the borough we have some ground-breaking innovative projects as we turn our carbon zero and energy. The post holder will work in collaboration with council teams, partner organisations, and other stakeholders.
