Description
Supplier to deliver a number of strategic outcomes relating to service delivery of the HRA's portfolio of operational digital systems. The digital ecosystem consists of both .NET and PEGA applications, supported by separate development teams (outside suppliers). Additionally, separate service desks support each platform.
