Description

The Integrated Commissioning Department of Westminster City Council (WCC) have appointed Notting Hill Genesis Community Foundation to deliver a community-based Older People's Preventative Service within the Penfold Hub.

The Contractor will be required to continually gather feedback as part of this service delivery to inform what residents want and shape the programme through a modified version of the Penfold Forum. This will include: - small socially distanced focus groups; - phone calls by volunteers; and - a digital platform through Zoom and emails.

The Contract will be for an initial period of 18 months, with the option to extend for a further 6 month period. During this term services will be redesigned following significant changes caused by the pandemic, and a competitive procurement exercise will be undertaken for future service provision.
