Falmouth Exeter Plus (FXPlus) is looking to appoint a supply partner(s) to carry out ventilation equipment maintenance and repair services on a 36 month fixed term contract. The works will include: ⢠Planned preventative maintenance in accordance with SFG 20 standards ⢠Repairs, ⢠Call-outs, ⢠Fault diagnosis ⢠Minor New Works. The requirement is divided into 3 separate Lots. Tenderers are invited to bid for one, two or all three Lots. Each Lot will be assessed and evaluated separately.
