Cheshire West and Chester Council (CW&C) are keen to understand the market position for the public transport service outlined and for help to inform design of the service contract specification. Potential bidders are invited to provide responses to the questions set out in the attachment on The Chest and provide any further information that may help the supplier market and CW&C to jointly obtain best value from the available funding.
