Description
Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) is looking to establish a contract for a bus performance reporting service, for a 2 year period, with an optional extension of up to 2 years (2+1+1 contract term). The estimated contract value above is based on a potential 4 year contract term (i.e. including all optional contractual extensions).
TfGM has had a long-term aspiration for bus performance monitoring.â¯â¯TfGM hasâ¯a common understanding of the format,â¯frequencyâ¯and method for the different datasets to be provided consistently, and now requires a supplier who can consume theseâ¯datasets, matchâ¯relevantâ¯dataâ¯andâ¯presentâ¯the output in a usable formatâ¯that enables TfGM toâ¯maximiseâ¯the benefits available.â¯â¯â¯
TfGM are looking for a solution that should be a Software as a Service (SaaS) or equivalent service toâ¯minimiseâ¯/ eliminate anyâ¯on-premiseâ¯costs, whereby TfGM will access the platform via aâ¯licensingâ¯agreement, and the supplier will provide the required number ofâ¯licenses.â¯â¯â¯
