Description
The Scottish Government has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of Paygate On-Premise. Under the Shared Services Programme, a new Oracle Cloud system will replace SEAS with effect from October 2024. A contract is already in place for a separate cloud-based Paygate service to handle BACS payments from Oracle Cloud. Although this will effectively replace the on-premise version, a handful of payment sources have been identified that are outside the scope of the Shared Services Programme and will not be able to be processed through Oracle Cloud and Paygate cloud.
