NOTE: This notice was updated on 27 September 2021 for the following reason: Closing date of this tender has been exte4nded to 12 noon, Friday 1st October 2021(Brentwood Borough Council is the current freehold owner of 17 Crescent Road, Brentwood. The property has had a number of former residential occupants and uses and is currently vacant. To regenerate the property and create additional residential accommodation, the Council propose to convert the existing semi-detached 4-bedroom property into 2no. self-contained apartments with a shared entrance.)
