Further-competition was issued in relation to the 000986 - Supply of Gas Framework Agreement which was procured by YPO in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
YPO was looking to award to a Supplier for the supply and YPO's mains gas for both sites 40 and 41. As there was only 1 supplier on 000986 - Supply of Gas Framework Agreement, this was directly awarded to that single supplier.
