UK Shared Business Services Ltd on behalf of the Contracting Authority is putting in place a contract for Reception Services at UK Astronomy Technology Centre, The Royal Observatory Edinburgh. The primary aim of Reception is to provide a professional first point of contact service. The scope includes a fully manned reception desk during the specified hours, telephony services, switchboard, meeting room booking and management, visitor handling, monitoring the access control of escorted visitors, postal receipt, despatch and courier service as well as general safety & security and contractor signing in/out. The duration of this 4 years

The estimated start and end date Thursday 01st April 2021 to Monday 31st March 2025

All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for procurement values that exceed Regulation 5 (Threshold amounts)
