Services ⢠Review all known options for existing and new sources against baseline deficit needs ⢠Consider these options and the earliest available dates ⢠Provide a mathematically derived national 'basket' of 'suites' of options (geographically unconstrained). ⢠Ensure that regional needs are assessed in a mathematical way, unconstrained by geography of company boundaries. ⢠Complete a stakeholder workshop to critically assess and to apply all current known supply constraints. ⢠Run a second pass of the constrained options to provide a constrained 'basket'.
