Housing 21 wishes to seek Expressions of Interest (EOI) from contractors interested in quoting to deliver the following local Extra Care Services:

Housing 21 is particularly keen to hear from contractors that are accredited with Safe Contractor or CHAS Advance, or are willing to become accredited within a 3 month period, and provide services in the following areas :

Contractors interested should in the first instance email their 'Expression of Interest' to [email protected] by Thursday 2nd December 2021 at midday.
Details will then be forwarded to local Court managers that manage the schemes to progress local quotes .
