Falmouth Exeter Plus (FXPlus) is looking to appoint a supply partner on a 36-month fixed term contract to carry out the servicing and maintenance of the automatic and roller shutter doors across the Falmouth/Penryn campus on 6 monthly basis in accordance with the Workplace (Health and Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992. The assets included within this specification encompass a range of: ⢠Manual Revolving doors, ⢠Roller shutters, ⢠Automated doors, ⢠Parking barriers The works will include: ⢠Planned preventative maintenance in accordance with SFG 20 standards ⢠Repairs, ⢠Call-outs, ⢠Fault diagnosis ⢠Minor New Works.
