The University seeks to commission market and performance analysis to understand its current recruitment performance against competitors and the sector. This would support a better understanding of the size and shape of the market, the competitiveness of our offering at university and subject levels and any opportunities. This work should also capture future market trends that would allow us to forecast our recruitment numbers. This will help inform future portfolio development and recruitment strategy.
