Potential suppliers are invited to submit tenders for one or more Lots. Potential suppliers could be successful in one or more Lots. It is envisaged that one supplier will be appointed for each of Lots 1-5, 7 and 8.
Lot 6 will be used in the event that it is more economically advantageous for the Authority to appoint a single supplier for Body Movement or in the event that any Lot in Lots 1-5 receives no compliant bids and a supplier cannot be appointed. For the avoidance of doubt, if Lot 6 is awarded, Lots 1-5 will not be utilised.
Potential suppliers must be prepared to be appointed to any Lot that they bid for.
