Description

Ellistown and Battleflat Parish Council are looking to procure a contract for grounds maintenance and/or horticultural services for a 3 year period. The contract is in 2 parts - Part 1 is the grounds maintenance side of the contract and part 2 is for the floral displays. One or the other or both contracts can be tendered for. The village of Ellistown has 5 play parks, a war memorial and a green with 4 raised beds for floral displays, 9 hanging basket structures with 6 arms on each in various locations, 6 planters in various locations, 3 open spaces with hedges, trees and one has a balancing pond, 1 Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) and an allotment which will require an annual cut of the boundary hedge. The hamlet of Battleflat is located just over a mile away from Ellistown and has 1 of the planters and 1 of the hanging basket structures located there. In the first instance please contact the Parish Clerk, Mrs Karen Turrell on 07949 645139 or email [email protected] to request a Tender pack. To save costs and the environment we prefer to email all documents over to you. However, you MUST return your documents, by post, to the Parish Clerk's address; contained in the Tender documentation, to ensure the correct procedure is followed and the envelope isn't opened prior to the cut off time. Please Note: An address label will also be emailed, you MUST print this and attach to your envelope, please do not write on the label or envelope or add anything which may identify you or your business, otherwise your tender will not be valid and disqualified from the process.
