Description
The BBC is looking to purchase a web based "Social Audience Engagement Console/Software". Using SMS and Social Media is a highly important component of live Radio and TV programmes. Programme makers need tools/services that allow them to easily read, curate and use messages within their programmes. Programmes also run competitions, votes and charity campaigns.
The Contract will have an initial term of 3 years following completion of the implementation. Volumes of messaging and users are available in the procurement documents. The total value of the contract in II.1.5 is based on an estimate of a total 5 year contract.

Responding to the tender: 3.1 - Click 'My Response' under PQQ/ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining). 3.2 - You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification. 3.3 - Note the deadline for completion, and then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT. There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available). 3.4 You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
