Description
TfL are intending to carry out a tender in order to appoint a consultant to identify a full Target Operating Model that will create a fit for purpose FM service that manages appropriate risks and ensures good services.
The scope of this requirement is as follows:
⢠Complete a needs analysis of the AM business. ⢠This will require a review of the current business strategy, current operating model, review of property types, current budget and FM spend, review of lease and legal position. ⢠Meet stakeholders to complete a needs analysis. ⢠Compile a review of needs analysis to aid prioritisation and coordination. ⢠Complete a review and design a Target Operating Model reflecting industry practice for our asset and industry type. ⢠Any short-term fixes identified - relay to FM lead. ⢠Work with FM lead to help manage expectations. ⢠Update Head of Department (HOD) each week on findings, risks and progress. ⢠Be open and honest on findings. ⢠Complete a gap analysis and roadmap for transition to the new model. ⢠Compile a recommendation report including costing for said recommendation, present to HOD.
