This brief sets out the requirements for preparing an Activity Plan to assist with preparing a Round 2 Heritage Enterprise application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund for the refurbishment of the Grade II-listed Buttermarket group of buildings in Redruth. The Consultant will need to be familiar with the detailed guidance set out on the NLHF website for the Heritage Enterprise programme
