Description
Homes England wish to appoint a contractor to undertake the construction of a short length of new highway, with associated drainage and services for the proposed development at Meadowfield, County Durham. The major elements of the works will comprise of the following: ⢠Extension of an existing road that terminates short of the development site ⢠Extending the existing services in the verge adjacent to the road ⢠Extending the existing highway drainage ⢠Placing and spreading excavated material within the site boundary ⢠Exclusion measures at completion, concrete blockers to prevent unwanted vehicle access
