Description

Arts Connect at the University of Wolverhampton wishes to commission an individual or organization to supply Strategic Evaluation for Cultural Leadership Services. The purpose is to deliver a programme of support for arts and culture professionals who work as independent artists or in arts organisations, archives, heritage sites, film, museums and music organisations and for apprentices on the new Level 7 Senior Leaders Apprenticeship (Arts and Culture) Course starting Sept 2021

Arts Connect believes that the most successful cultural sector organisations have a powerful vision, a strong grasp of why they do what they do and meaningful relationships with audiences and stakeholders. Arts Connect want to commission a consultant to provide services that will support arts and culture professionals to articulating their ambitions, strategies and desired impacts and to identify the most effective ways of evaluating their achievement of these. The ambition of Arts Connect is that this will provide arts and culture professionals with the strategic focus they need to be inspiring leaders, with the insight to assess their success, improve their practice and evidence their impact.

The Commission budget is the inclusive fee up to a maximum of £54,000 excluding VAT. A separate budget will cover room hire and catering where required. The Supplier will provide 3 programmes of support for up to 12-15 participants in each group. The first programme will take place September to December 2021 with the second and third taking place in 2022.
