Description
The Framework consists of the following 8 lots and a maximum of 3 Contractors will be on each Lot, there is no limit to the number of Lots you can bid for, where you are unable to provide a price for a product, the Authority will apply the highest price submitted from all bids and you must price at least 80% of each Lot being applied for, further details are available once bidders have accessed the full Tender details. Lot 1 Bricks, Sand & Cement, Plaster and Small Aggregates Lot 2 Sealants & Adhesives and Floor & Wall tiles Lot 3 UPVC Lot 4 Tools Lot 5 Hardware Lot 6 Gas Bottles Lot 7 Sundries and Miscellaneous Lot 8 Roofing Materials
The initial contract is for twenty four months with an option to extend for up to a further two, twelve months after which renewals will be undertaken in accordance with the Authority's contract Standing Orders
