Solicitor - (Child Care)

Solicitor - (Child Care) Rate of Pay: £21.71 per hour PAYE Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Location: Working from Home Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency - 12 weeks We are looking for a Solicitor to work within the Children's area of legal. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' experience specialising in and handling Public law child care mailers preferably from a local authority prospective.

Candidates must be confident and experienced in order to be able to hit the ground running and have the ability to carry a varied case load covering all aspects of Public Law childcare matters. You must be a confident advocate as there will be an expectation for you to cover various types of hearings to include those of a contested nature. The candidate will need to be proactive, work well under pressure, self-reliant as well as work as part of a wider team.

The successful candidate would gain great exposure to a varied caseload and would enjoy a high level of responsibility with a great deal of client contact.

The rate of pay will be Band H £21.71 per hour PAYE. The role is 37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. This is a temporary position to start as soon as possible.
