Description
To undertake inspections of the condition of the Flap Gate, Flap Gate Apron and Mitre Gate between the inner and outer harbour of the Royal Harbour, Ramsgate. To undertake works such as clearance of debris with the use of hand tools.
To provide a report including photographs/video of the installation and recommended actions. Also to inspect, or conduct works as time allows in the wider harbour and port.
The proposed contract is a NEC4 Short form contract.
The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 1st July 2021 for a duration of two years, with the possibility of up to a two year extension on a year by year basis. The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Quote document.
