Description

The Police and Crime Commissioners for Gwent and South Wales have a requirement for the provision for catering for planned and unplanned events and invite catering organisations to tender.

Planned operational events are scheduled and organised in advance. The majority of events requiring catering take place at weekends and/or public holidays and examples are football matches, other sporting events, royal visits, demonstrations, concerts, marches, etc. A number of unplanned major incidents are also likely throughout the force areas during the Contract Period. The number of such events are unpredictable and unknown and may occur at short notice. The catering will take the form of producing and delivering packed lunches to the police officers and staff on duty at such events. Full details are stated in the tender documentation.

The Service requirements are split into two geographical lots:

Lot 1 Provision of Catering for Planned Events for South Wales Police Force

Lot 2 Provision of Catering for Planned Events for Gwent Police Force

You are able to bid for lots 1 or 2 or both lots. You will need to indicate which lot(s) you are bidding for when you complete your response using eTenderwales.
