The main outputs of the review will be: ï· a detailed review of the existing offer ï· identification of areas for improvement within our existing offer ï· identification of gaps in our existing offer ï· recommendation of additional support that could be offered ï· best practice in the delivery of a range of potential products ï· a detailed review of process focusing on the customer journey ï· recommendations of improvements to process ï· cost benefit analysis of investing in supporting independent living and a business case for further investment
