Description
The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking competitive tenders the provision of Christmas Lighting within the Borough for 2021 to 2024. The Council are looking to award the contract for the services starting in July 2021 for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend for a further one (1) plus one (1) years.
The Council has traditionally supported the delivery of the Christmas lighting programme in the Borough's Town Centres, Villages and Shopping Parades. There are now 27 Christmas lighting schemes that are under the Council's direct management

The success of the 2020 Christmas lighting programme has resulted in the request for three further schemes to be introduced. These will still be subject to approval, but include:

As the programme develops, further schemes may also be added following requests from local ward councillors, residents, and businesses.
