The OPA is committed to ensuring that all staff working for the OPA have the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to undertake their roles safely and to an acceptable standard. The training needs to be delivered within a replicated tank farm training environment using a blended learning approach of Plant simulation and classroom training, followed by on site depot assessment and competence sign off.
