Patient list size, as at 01 April 2021 was 3880 Raw / 4317.179 weighted.
The anticipated tender live date for this procurement opportunity is Monday 26 July 2021. It is anticipated that there will be approximately 5 weeks to mobilise the service.
Please note, this requirement is an emergency contract as a result of a contract hand back and the CCG are offering an interim contract to allow for further consideration of the future commissioning of services in line with patient need and relevant legislation.
The contract term is for 12 months with effect from 01 October 2021 with an estimated contract value of £494,454, in addition to pass-through costs of £178,356 (including rent and rates costs).
Additional monies up to the value of £187,000 will also be made available to the successful provider to support mobilisation of the service as well as furniture and equipment costs.
It is anticipated that TUPE may apply to this contract, however, potential providers are to note that any redundancy costs that may be incurred at the end of the 12-month contract period will not be the responsibility of the provider.
Premises will be mandated for the delivery of services and providers are to note that there will be no liability for lease costs at the end of the 12 month contract term.
