Description
Swindon Borough Council (the Contracting Authority) is seeking a commercial partner to manage a large format digital advertising sign, by way of a concession, using an open procurement procedure.
The successful partner will be responsible for the design, install, operation, and maintenance of a large format digital billboard (48-sheet equivalent) with dual screens at Blagrove, West Swindon, and will be able to exploit the opportunities for selling of advertising on this format.
The Contracting Authority requires a percentage share of Gross Advertising Sales Revenue over the 5 year concession period, with the option of a 5 year extension.

Contract Period The contract will be initially for a period of 60 months commencing 23rd July 2019 with the option to extend for a further 60 months as per the contract terms and conditions.
