The Contract will commence on 1st April 2019 and will be for a period of two years.

The specification details a two year developmental service which will provide an evidence base from which a future service can be derived providing equitable support across the county and timely counselling provision to vulnerable individuals. The service will operate across four geographical 'Lot' areas (see Appendix 2 for a map of the lot areas).

The service specification is in two parts. Both parts are required to be delivered.
