Overview HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) invites suppliers from the Research Marketplace agreement (RM6018) to undertake research to explore the economic and social benefits of Money Service Business (MSBs) for the UK. HMRC intends for this contract to be in place by 22nd February 2021, with final outputs expected by 19th May 2021. HMRC will maintain the overall management of the project.
