Dear Sir/Madam,
In accordance with the Hampshire Building Minor Works Framework - Lot 5 you are invited to tender for the Re-Roofing Works at Havant Fire Station and have been supplied with the attached documents.
Please download all the documents and read VERY carefully.
Please note the site visit requirements in item 2.0 of the schedule of works must to be arranged in advance with myself or Bowie Heer. Your tender return is expected to include the following 5 documents. 1. Completed Grand Summary Sheet 2. Completed form of tender 3. Fully priced schedule of works (Section 3 of tender specification) 4. Breakdown of all preliminary costs 5. Completed resource questionnaire (From appendix V of the PCI document)
Opting In and Out Please note you are required to 'Opt In' before you can access the 'My tender Return' to start populating your response.
The 'Opt Out' functionality will also be available throughout the duration of the tender process.
