Description
The proposed works can be summarised as follows:
⢠Replacement and repairs to the existing Auditorium structural steel frame; ⢠Masonry works required to accommodate the above; ⢠Steelwork and associated masonry repairs to the North Elevation; ⢠Making good existing construction disturbed; ⢠Installation of new cladding system to the Auditorium South Elevation; ⢠Repair and re-fixing of existing gutters to the Auditorium (North & South sides) ⢠External decorations to Auditorium North and South Elevations; ⢠Removal of existing load-bearing scaffolding (specialist contractor); ⢠Removal of temporary prop installation to Auditorium Circle; ⢠Internal decorations to North and South external walls and underside of Circle; ⢠Removal of existing site hoarding and making good hard-surfaced areas disturbed.
The tendered works will require the temporary adjustment of scaffolding to facilitate the proposed works.
