Description
Walsall Council is seeking a single comprehensive modern support solution covering Microsoft cloud platforms.
The support agreement shall:
⢠give the Council direct access to Microsoft Support Services which will respond to critical issues within 30 minutes ⢠provide for a Strategic Technical Advisor who will help us to get the most value from our existing and future investment in Microsoft technology ⢠give as needed advisory services ⢠provide on-demand risk assessment tools and education workshops ⢠provide x4 embedded services/proof of concept/pilots during the 12 month agreement
