Description
The refurbishment of the Chrisp Street Idea Store including demolition / strip out of the entrance foyer stairs and escalator, replacement of existing raised flooring to the first floor, replacement of the mechanical plant for heating and comfort cooling and new lighting scheme with controls throughout. Deadline for submissions 31 May 2019, 12 Noon.
Additional information: The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the above services and / or goods.
